Did GW just crash?
I can't seem to get on Guild Wars.
Whenever I tried to play the game, it gives me "send report to Anet message" and kicks me off. |

Does this happen during the splash screen or after you logged on (while loading the map)? Firewall info, dxdiag etc would be nice to know.

I am having no problems logging on. I am in America, logging into American districts. Not sure what your problem may be being caused by. Where are you logging from, and to what servers?
